Hey Clyde,
FYI on events in October -

Spring Hope always has their Pumpkin Festival (& sometimes car show) on the 1st week-end of October. This will be there 39th year on Oct 2nd.

Rocky Mount always has the DownEast Festival on the 2nd week-end of October. Not sure which year this one will be, but it has been alot also.

I know your car show & Heritage Day has been the 3rd week-end in October some years which works out, with 2 big ones near by being the 1st & 2nd week-ends. Just letting you know. Not sure if Heritage Committee people realized this when picking this year's date.

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you on a couple of e-mails, it's been so crazy around here. Jeff's Dad is doing ok now, but for awhile was in & out of the hospital. We are still working out details for our car show. With Advanced having their's on May 15th, we may aim for the 29th.

yeah i know but unfortionatly i dont get to set the date black creek wanted to try for better weather to help vender turn out

Unfortunately it will probably hurt vendor turn out cause alot of people do the Spring Hope Pumpkin Festival since it's their 39th year. For the last 3 years & probably this year too I set up with a friend with all of our stuff. Hope it does turn out well for yall though.
