All Ford car show at NC State Fairgrounds

I've been contacted by the promoters of this show. They are asking whether or not we want to set up a membership booth at the show for free. I figure 4 or 5 members who would like to get into this event for free and spend a few hours promoting our club. I might do it if no one steps up. Let me know ASAP if you are interested. First 4 that contact me(and want to go)will be able to go.

Show hours 9 am - 3 pm
Admission $7
Show Cars $10 (includes admission) Car Corral $20 Vendor space $65

it would be really nice to have the club trailer there and a table with our show info and shirts and stuff out... and maybe some of the goodies to hand out.. like that box of ford racing catalogs on CD we have,and i think we still have some of the other catalogs also.

Sorry,
I thought the date was in there. Febuary 20th. They will have a table for us, we would just bring whatever we need, registration forms, t-shirts, goodies and such. I don't think we will be anywhere near out trailer but if we can get it there it's just one more piece of free advertising.

Thanx to Buddy, Bobbi Jo & Kevin for helpin' out at the show. It was their first Ford show at the Fairgrounds and they had over 100 cars and the swap meet/ vendor area was cool too. We had two members show their rides (Eugene & Eddie), we gained one new member and sold a shirt, 4 calanders & 2 stickers. Again thanx to all who came. Virginia classic Mustang & JC Whitney owe us bigtime.

Thanks to you also Bob. I had a real good time. Met alot of nice folks. We are getting our name out there for people to see. Thanks to Eugene and Eddie for representing our club with their sweet rides. As Bob said, we did gain a new member. His name is Billy Newton out of Macclesfield. He owns too many stangs to list....We thank you Billy for joining the club and look forward to seeing you soon.
