How to Roll Fenders

2: Place the 2 jack stands under the rear end
![]() 3: Pull the rear tires off ![]() 4: Take the hand break off and make sure the cars in neutral 5: Bolt the fender roller up to the rear hub ![]() 6: Fire up the heat gun and move it across the fender lip. This will help prevent the paint from cracking.

![]() 7: Now you ready to start rolling. Start at 12 o'clock and roll towards 3 o'clock applying pressure. Your first initial pass is just to weaken the lip and slight roll in the lip. Your not trying to completely roll it in one pass. Now roll from 12 o'clock to about 8 o'clock following the same steps from 12 to 3 o'clock. 8: Now that the metal has weakened and has a slight roll to it, follow the same steps above from 12-3 o'clock and really start applying pressure. Roll back and forth applying pressure and make sure your still keep the metal hot with the heat gun. Now move from 12 to 8 o'clock. Follow this step several time until the lip is completely rolled. Remember to keep applying heat the lip too. ![]() ![]()
